To receive a reply in kind to letters, you must include a self-addressed envelope, with Canadian postage or International Reply Coupon(s). If faxing us, please ensure that your query is no more than two pages. We prefer to answer faxes by email, and if you have an email address, please include it on your fax. We answer brief telephone queries but do not accept collect calls or return long distance messages. Please try again if you miss us.
